JRC® Cocoon Landing Nets is rated out of 5 by 3.
Rated 5 out of 5 by firm but fair from brilliant landing net with some great features used this landing net for the first time last month on my syndicate lake on a three night session. first fish a lovely 29lb common, and as soon as i landed the fish i knew that i had made the right choice. the features on this net in my opinion are second to none, the net handle is a two piece unit which comes apart six inches from the top which allows you to remove the long part of the handle for ease of use especially in tight swims. the stainless steel spreader block has a great quick release feature which allows you to collapse the net and transfer the the fish to the unhooking mat easily. also at the bottom of the net there is a clever metal disk that attaches to a magnet which is set into the handle so that while you are landing a fish the net is out of the way of snags and obstructions, and as soon as you lift the net under the fish the magnet pops off and there it is safely in the bottom of the net. overall i have in my carp fishing life had many landing nets and i can honestly say that in my opinion this is one of the best thought out landing nets on the market and represents great value for the money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by clouso from good frame have used this net 3 times 3rd time large hole appeared in front of net also the magnet fell out, very disappointed, very flimsy material spoils what otherwise would be a good landing net
