Rated 1 out of 5 by Mags from Disappointed Customer I bought this system for my Husbands Birthday, he had only used it a handful of times and whilst chatting to his friend on a fishing trip he heard a ping, when he investigated the spindle to the struts had snapped (this was a clear calm day) now the struts all hang loose and it totally useless! Contacted JRC and as it was out of warranty by a few months they were unable to offer ANY help AT ALL … VERY Disappointed for such a large reputable company they were no more helpful than a brolly full of holes! We would of been happy to pay for a repair or replacement part as my Husband LOVED this Brolly system. Will have to save for another one now

Rated 1 out of 5 by Spikey00 from Broken I have used this brolly only half a dozen times at the most .and the main ring that holds the ribs in place has corroded and snapped I have been in touch with jrc who where pretty useless only offering a outsourced repair service.. it seems this is not an isolated incident as it has happened to other according to reviews I would of thought better repair/ replacement would be the least jrc should offer

Rated 5 out of 5 by SPOC from Extremely versatile. After owning a Stealth 5000 brolly system for may years as my day and overnight shelter I thought it was time for an upgrade. This new shelter is even easier to put up, very stable in all weather conditions, very versatile with its front door options and the material is exceptional however it is good keep light out and keeping the brolly cool but it is very dark inside if you have to have the doors shut during the day due to bad weather. My only wish is that it had some kind of rear vents.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Ian99 from A good brolly but has flaws! I was so pleased with the brolly but as others have said the wire that holds the brolly spokes in broke. I repaired mine with some galavanised wire and now it’s good as new. My main issue with this brolly is it is VERY hard to pack down. I dread packing my peg down because I battle to pull the brolly down. The latch seems to be very hard to disengage. Don’t know if this is just a fault of my brolly though. The condensation drip lining works well and the material is very think and dark so you can sleep during the day! Rear vents would make this brolly hard to beat!
