JRC® Stealth Bloxx Bivvy is rated out of 5 by 4.
Rated 3 out of 5 by Ferrus from Good value for the money. Having used another well know bivvy with a spreader block for over 20+ yrs I thought I would give this a try, as the price was very reasonable due to it being in a sale. On the whole the bivvy is adequate regarding size and features, however, it is not easy to peg out the front and when it is pegged out using the tension strap and the outline of the groundsheet, the door does not always zip up as the aperture for it is too wide. I do wonder how long the fittings and peak tensioning mechanism will last, as only after a few uses, I am having trouble threading the velcro. All in all, it is a good bivvy for the money, although I would rather pay a bit more and have something that I am confident will stand the test of time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Mark gray from Great and compact I have used it for the first time and think it's a great little shelter / bivvy. It's compact and snug, you need to peg down the front and then adjust the rest of the bivvy. I have owned 3 Jrc bivvies and brollies and this is the best also for the money it's a great price. And the peak his handy.

Rated 3 out of 5 by CB01 from Very nearly there The Stealth Bloxx is a brilliant idea and a good bivvy but not quite perfectly executed. I therefore give it 6/10. First, the downsides. I, like others have reported, have found it a little short at the front, even on flat swims, to peg down easily. I've added stainless steel carbiners to the front pegging points to make this easier. It can also be a little tight across the front for the door to open easily, so the tension strap is essential. I've also suffered from a little condensation but I've found the same on the aquatexx bivvies I own. I'm also a little unsure about the durability of the fixings for the peak. Time will tell. On the plus side, the Bloxx is about as perfect a size as you can get for a 1 man bivvy. Plenty of space that you don't feel crammed in but not too big. It's also nice and high so, at 6'3", I can sit on my bedchair without my head touching the roof - unlike on some other bivvys I've tried. The groundsheet is well fitted and you'll have all the mozzy panels you'll need. It also comes with a good quality, well sized bag. Finally, the peak is a brilliant idea, even though I'm a little unsure about the fixings. Price wise, you're also getting a lot of bivvy for the money. We'll done JRC.
